The recent topping out ceremony marked a crucial milestone as the 142-bedroom hotel reached its highest point during construction. With work progressing as scheduled, the project is currently in its 39th week of a 75-week construction programme. Notably, the hotel is designed to have half the embodied carbon of a standard hotel, aligning with its commitment to sustainability.
Central to the Voco Zeal hotel’s ethos is its dedication to sustainability. The building will generate all its electricity from photovoltaic roof and wall panels, contributing to its eco-friendly credentials.
