One of the most striking cases occurred in Loveland, Colorado, where a 40-year-old woman, Lucy Grace Nelson, allegedly threw a molotov cocktail at a Tesla Cybertruck parked at a dealership. Over several weeks, Nelson returned multiple times to the same location, hurling more incendiary devices, attempting to set the dealership on fire, and spray-painting the phrase "nazi cars" on the building. She was eventually arrested and charged with multiple felonies, including the use of explosives and criminal mischief.

Meanwhile, on the East Coast, police reported that more than half a dozen Tesla charging stations were intentionally set on fire near Boston. On the West Coast, in Tigard, Oregon, at least seven shots were fired at a Tesla dealership, damaging three vehicles and shattering windows. Loveland Police Chief Tim Doran expressed concern over the repeated acts of violence targeting the dealership, noting that such behavior is not only dangerous but also counterproductive. "This is absolutely not the way to make a statement," Doran said. "Putting people’s lives at risk is never the way to do this."
